We took the kids to Funcity and I’ll say, the place does have a fun setup with plenty for kids to get excited about. At first they were really happy just looking around and picking what they wanted to do.

That said, it was way too crowded when we went, and the waits for some activities were long enough that the kids started getting bored and cranky. The staff seemed nice, just overwhelmed. I’d probably give it another shot on a quieter day, but I definitely wouldn’t go back during peak hours

The drinks were fine, but the food was average and came out a little cold. Compared to other places I’ve tried, it didn’t really stand out. It wasn’t bad, just not something I’d go out of my way to have again

The whole booking process felt messy, and then check-in took way longer than it should have. Maybe it was just a bad day, but it wasn’t a smooth experince at all. I don’t think I’d use it agian.

The staff were really friendly and did their best to help, which I appreciated. Still, I ended up feeling disappointed overall because the experience just didn’t quite meet my expectations.

Had a really good time here tbh. There were tons of different activities, so we never got bored at all. It’s a super easy spot for some fun with friends or family, lol definitely worth checking out.

I took my kids to Funcity and overall it was an okay experience. I was expecting the place to be a little cleaner since it’s a kids’ play area, and while most of it looked fine, I did notice some dust in the corners and a few old food bits around the tables.
The bathrooms also could’ve been checked more often, especially during the busy time we went. It wasn’t so bad that it spoiled the visit, and the kids still had a good time, but I’d say the hygiene could definitely be better. For me, it’s a 3-star experience.

Took my kids to Funcity last weekend and, you know, I was totally calm and not at all silently checking every corner like a parent on high alert. The place was really clean though — floors, toilets, and seating areas all seemed well looked after, which I definitely appreciate in a busy spot.

We stayed for a few hours and it was actually comfortable. The air felt good, there was enough seating, and the staff were around sorting out little things when needed. an easy 5 stars from me.
